Team Building
The Tug Baltic Warrior makes an ideal floating venue for company team building events, and is something different from the run-of-the-mill river cruisers and launches popular with the mundane. 
The Baltic Warrior is a large ocean going ice breaking salvage tug, and although she is a working vessel she is maintained to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. Her powerful engines are quiet and unobtrusive, yet you get a feeling of immense power when she is under way.
With her extra wide beam (10m) and her deep draft she is a very stable vessel in all weathers, so the quests are unlikely to get sea sick.
Her decks are wide and spacious and she has a flying bridge large enough to accommodate up to ten persons, ideal as a viewing platform.
In addition to crew quarters she has comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests in four twin berth cabins. She has a comfortable saloon, a fully fitted galley, and three shower rooms.
She can be chartered either for a leisurely cruise as a reward for your employees when various activities can be arranged on board such as fishing, shooting, and barbeques. Or she can be used in a team building exercise when a variety of interesting and challenging training courses can be laid on such as, boat handling, navigation exercise, first aid, fire fighting, fast rescue boat operation, etc.
Rib - if you wish, small parties can be taken out of the rib for an exciting spin on the sea or a slow 
exploration of a river or creek or closer examination of the coastline.
Electrical Power - There is sufficient power generated by Baltic Warrior to run any equipment you may wish to bring on board. When dusk falls, the decks are well lit for your safety and enjoyment.
Crane - the hydraulic crane is capable of lifting your equipment on and off the ship and around the after deck. It will lift between 9 tonnes and 1.5 tonnes depending on how far it is extended.
