Towing
Baltic Warrior is a traditional style tug with a powerful yet very economical slow revving main engine, equally suited to either short haul coastal, or long haul open sea towing. She has a range of up to 10,000 miles free running, or up to 4,000 miles towing, (dependant on load).
Towing - 
She is fitted with a powerful hydraulic towing winch, (24 ton pull, 80 ton brake) 1,000m x 34mm tow wire. 
In addition to the towing winch the ship is also fitted with a heavy duty quick release tow hook for rope towing. A secondary handling winch and large capstan are mounted on the after deck. Crane - Baltic Warrior is fitted with a Grove hydraulic, capable of lifting a maximum of 9 tonnes or 1.5 tonnes at full extension.
Rib - Baltic Warrior carries a high
speed rescue rib, capable of 25 knots. It is equipped with navigation lights, and VHF radio. It can also act as a tender, moving personnel and equipment back and forward from Baltic Warrior and the Tow or accompanying vessels.
